Eid Al-Adha Prayer 1435-2014
Eid Al-Adha will be on Saturday October, 4th 2014 Insha’Allah
Eid prayer will be held at: Glendale Civic Center
5750 W. Glenn Drive Glendale, AZ 85301
1st Prayer Time: 9:30 AM Sharp
2nd Prayer Time: 11 AM Sharp
(Eid Takbeer starts at 9:00 AM)

How to pray Eid?!
Eid Prayer is two Rakaas. The worshipper glorifies Allah (says Allahu Akbar) Seven times in the first Rakaa after Takbeerat-ul-Ihram and five times in the second Rakaa after Takbeerat-ul-Qiyam from 2nd sujud. Between each takbeerah, there will be a silent moment for the person to say (Subhana Allah, wa Alhamdu-li-Allah, wa alsalatu aala Rasul-li-Allah).
Eid Activity
- Castles and Coasters in Phoenix (9445 North Metro Parkway East Phoenix,AZ 85051) starting 1 pm on Saturday October 4th & 12 pm on Sunday October 5th will charge a discounted price of $15.75 per person (regular $25) for all day entrance and all rides. Entrance fee with no rides will be $5.00 per person, the entrance fee provides each person the option for an 18 hole round of miniature golf, or $5 in arcade credits, or a $5 food voucher. Ask for the Muslim community discount at the door. No fast food allowed inside.
- Eid Potluck: Will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2014, at Encanto Park ( Enchanted Island Amusement Park at 1202 West Encanto Boulevard Phoenix,AZ 85007) starting 1 pm. The rides fee will be $6 per person for all rides all day, remember to bring food, beverages & snacks to share with your community.
Eid Prayer Notes:
- Please keep entrance, exit & hallway clear at all times.
- No solicitation or merchandising without pre-approval from ICCP board. Sponsorship tables are available for a $50 donation; please sign up at the ICCP office in advance or email us for more information at: info@iccpaz.com
- Please avoid bringing bags to the prayer for security reasons.
- Please come early to avoid any traffic jams & to participate in the Eid Takbeer.

- No food or drinks allowed inside the Civic Center.
- The weekly Sunday school will be in recess for Eid break on 10/05/2014 & on 10/12/2014.

اللهُمَّ صَلِّي عَلَى سَيِّدَنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ،
وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ،
وَعلَى أَصْحَابِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ،
وَعَلًى أَنْصَارِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ،
وَعَلَى أَزْوَاجِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ،
وَعَلَى ذُرِيَّةِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ،
وَسَلِّمْ تَسْلِيمَاً كَثِيرَاً .
