Leadership Academy XXIX The Leadership Academy will provide capacity building, training and support to an inter-generational group of leaders. The academy focuses on how to increase resident’s awareness of community resources, and how to use inter-generational strategies as a means to work for community change. Topics include self-esteem, communication, diversity, teamwork, values, and ethical leadership. Participants ages 12 and up are welcome to join in on the learning and fun. |
